ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an enquiry notice issued by the first respondent calling the parties to appear for an enquiry arising out of a land dispute.

2. Admittedly, some civil proceedings are pending between the parties. The first respondent herein will not have any jurisdiction to entertain such kind of disputes and hence, the enquiry contemplated by the first respondent is an unnecessary one. Since the parties have already approached the civil Court, the impugned notice issued by the first respondent is hereby set aside.

3. This Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
