O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 05.10.2013, with regard to the formation of the new road adjacent to the existing Chettikulam bye-pass road.

2.According to the learned Counsel for the (*)respondent, a new alignment has been arrived at in a meeting, dated 29.04.2022 and as https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.17357 of 2013 per the said new alignment, the petitioner's property will not be affected and there is no proposal as of now to acquire any property from the writ petitioner.

3.The said submission is recorded and no further orders are required in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
