Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KARTHICK SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1048 of 2019, dated 07.02.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner affected by urinary infection for which taking treatment, therefore he has not been complied with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1048 of 2019, dated 07.02.2019 and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1048 of 2019, dated 07.02.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
