O R D E R

The petitioner is the wife and she has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.122 of 2021 from the file of Family Court, Srivilliputhur to Family Court, Nagercoil, since she is residing at Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District and also having two years old child.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner, being a lady, she is unable to attend the Family Court at Srivilliputhur. Hence, this Court is inclined to transfer the matter from Family Court, Srivilliputhur to Family Court, Nagercoil. Accordingly, the learned Judge, Family Court, Srivilliputhur is directed to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.122 of 2021 to the Family Court, Nagercoil and the learned Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil is directed to refer the matter to the Mediation Centre first.

Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
