ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents Nos.1 to 4 to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioners by considering the representation dated 02.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent dated 03.01.2023, First Information Report in Crime No.1 of 2023 has been registered as women missing. Thereafter, the fifth respondent came to know about the marriage of the petitioners. The petitioners have given representation dated 02.01.2023 seeking Police protection.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the representation given by the petitioners, the second petitioner's father and mother were summoned and both of them have given a statement that they have not created any problem or issue so far and they will not enter into any issue with the second petitioner.

4. Recording the statement of the second petitioner's parents and submissions made by both the counsels, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 12.01.2023 NCC :Yes:No Internet:Yes Index:Yes/No Indu 3/4
