O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2015 as an F.I.R. and further direct him to investigate into the matter and to file a final report within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the complaint has been forwarded to the second respondent.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.
