The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the order under which the Revenue authorities have cancelled the patta in favour of the writ petitioner.

2.According to the writ petitioner, he is not aggrieved by the order passed by the Revenue authorities. His only case is that the property in dispute is his ancestral property and the revenue pattas has been granted in his favour. Hence, he is not aggrieved by the order of cancelling the patta. According to the petitioner, the disputed property does not belong to the Government. Hence, he is not aggrieved over the cancellation order. In case, if the Revenue authorities or the Government question the title of the writ petitioner, he is at liberty to approach the Civil Court. 3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
