O R D E R

When this matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the excess payment made to the petitioners was recovered as per their letter and then revised pay was paid to them. Thereafter, the pay was re-fixed as per 7th pay commission report and revised pay was also paid to the petitioners. It is also reported that the second and third petitioners already retired, on attaining the age of superannuation. Therefore, this Court finds that there is nothing to adjudicate in this petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
