3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is directed to appear before the Commissioner of Police, Madurai

on 21.07.2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the Commissioner of Police, Madurai is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
