PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.350 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 12.01.2022 for the offences under Sections 354A(2), 506(ii)IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.350 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.Originally this petition was filed under the caption for 'Anticipatory Bail'. During the pendency of the petition, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.01.2022, it was stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was remanded on 12.01.2022. Hence, suo-motu this anticipatory bail petition was converted into regular bail petition and interim bail was also granted. On that ground, this matter is listed today. 3.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.12.

2021 the petitioner touched the defacto complainant with hands and asked her phone number. The petitioner called her to home on the next day. The defacto complainant scolded the petitioner. So, the petitioner threatened her with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL OP(MD). No.721 of 2022 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that because of property issue, the sons of the petitioner repeatedly given false complaints against the petitioner through several persons. Even after the release of the petitioner on interim bail, one another complaint lodged against the petitioner, on the basis of complaint given by one of the employee of the petitioner, at the instigation of his sons. In this case also, due to property issue with his sons, trouble arose between the parties, this false case has been foisted against the petitioner. The petitioner is also taking every steps to settle the issue.

5.Reading of the petition shows that there is property dispute between the petitioner and his sons. Unnecessarily, in the dispute between the sons and father, third parties are being used. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of offence and dispute between the parties, interim bail that was granted by this Court is made absolute.
