The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner had cleared surcharge amount as per the surcharge award.
2.The present writ petition is filed challenging the auction notice. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that if at all the entire amount has not been settled, it may be left open https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to the respondents to recover the same in the manner known to law. 3.In view of the fair submission made, it is made clear that the surcharge amount if any is to be cleared, the respondents are at liberty to initiate further action to recover the balance amount if any by following the procedures contemplated. 4.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
