ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the first respondent, dated 12.05.2012 in Na.Ka.A1-19922011, in which, the writ petitioner was called upon for an enquiry, with regard to the demolition of the building, which is the subject matter of the writ petition.

2.Since, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has submitted that already the building has been demolished, nothing survives in the writ petition.
