This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi to complete the trial in C.C.No.86 of 2005 within a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.86 of 2005 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with unless and until it is specifically required by the said Court.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
