PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the proceedings of the 1st Respondent in Na.Ka.No.111300/C1/E1/2011 dated 20.12.2011 and the consequential temporary seniority list published by the 1st Respondent in Na.Ka.No.111300/C1/E1/2011 dated 25.04.2012 and to quash the same as illegal and further to direct the 1st Respondent to consider the Petitioner representation dated 17.05.2012 to include the Petitioner's name in the seniority list for the post of High School Headmaster in Government High Schools for the academic year 20122013. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the claim of the Petitioner for promotion as Headmaster has been granted. He has also filed a memo dated 24.06.2021 through e-mail to that effect, which is placed on record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.
