O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No. 129 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.129 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent has been completed and laid charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kulithalai and it was taken on file as C.C.No.156 of 2015 and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
