ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and pass an order to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 and 4.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the fifth respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent, CSR No.443 of 2022 came to be registered. The petitioner has given a complaint seeking not to harass him. It is not in dispute that subsequent to the complaint, the petitioner has also filed a suit in O.S.No.1015 of 2022 and the same is pending.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the 2/5

summons was issued directing the petitioner to appear before the fourth respondent on 07.01.2023, but he has not turned up. 4.Recording the said submission, the petitioner and the fifth respondent are directed to appear before the fourth respondent and on such appearance, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in accordance with law. 5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
