This petition is filed seeking police protection to the petitioner for laying fence around the land in S. No.105 to the extent of 1 Acre 19 Cents at Othiyal Village in Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District following the order of the District Revenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Officer, Virudhunagar, in his Memo. Na.Ka.G4/1/11926/2013, dated 27.06.2013.

2.Now, nearly 3 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
