RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Condition that he has to report before the Respondent Police daily as per the order in Crl.OP.(MD).No.2616 of 2019 dated 20.02.2019 of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.JOHN VINCENT, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2616 of 2019 on 20.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2616 of 2019 on 20.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2616 of 2019 on 20.02.2019, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
