ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.3, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 449, 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.260 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.
2.According to the defacto complainant, the accused Nos.1 & 2, who are father and son had dispute with him and due to the enmity, the third accused threw a petrol bomb in his house and caused damage to the Trilling machine worth about Rs.25,000/-. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and no one sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. He further submitted that the accused Nos.1 & 2 were already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11522 of 2015 dated 24.06.2015.

am 4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner had threw a country bomb and damaged the articles of the defacto complainant and there is no bad antecedents against the petitioner.
5.Considering the above facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
