[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondent herein dated 02-04-2012 in TNGST 4900611/96-97 to 2006-07 CST. 112758 and to quash the proceedings dated 02-04-2012 in TNGST 4900611/96-97 to 2006-2007 issued therein.

2. On a perusal of the impugned order, it is seen that which is only a communication addressed to the Additional Government Pleader and therefore, the petitioner cannot entitle to challenge the same. We are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition on the simple ground that the petitioner cannot challenge the communication addressed by the respondent Department to the Government Pleader Hence, this Writ Petition is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the authority seeking for any Samadhan Scheme, if otherwise eligible. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
