ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of N.D.P.S. Act, in Crime No.386 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police conducted a raid along with police party, the petitioner was found in possession of 1.250 kgs of Ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the accused No.2 was released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12101 of 2015. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having 7 previous cases.

5.Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the circumstances under which the petitioner is arrested and quantity of the Ganja and the period of detention, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain

conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall reside at Palani and report before the Palani Taluk Police Station daily Morning 10.00 a.m., and Evening 5.00 p.m., until further orders. sd/- 07/07/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
