ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- In the earlier application in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16794 of 2014, this Court elaborately considered the case of the petitioner and dismissed the same with a direction to the Additional District and Sessions Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for E.C. And NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai to dispose of the main case in C.C.No.29 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the accused Nos.1 & 2, who faced the trial, were convicted by thee Trial court and their appeals in C.A.No. 139 of 2014 and C.A.No.

144 of 2014 are pending before this Court and entire Original records have been sent to this Court and therefore, there is no progress before the Trial Court despite earlier direction of this Hon'ble Court. 4.In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the Office to send back the Original Records called for in C.A.No.139 of 2014 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ C.A.No.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
