RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.MP(MD)NO. 711/2018 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 16938/2017 dated 02.02.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SUNDAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.711 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16938 of 2017, dated 02.02.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 12.02.2018 till date. He further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 12.02.2018, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
