ORDER
The present writ petition had been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent herein arising under Section 69 of Chit Funds Act, 1982. 2.As against the said order passed by the first respondent herein, a statutory appeal lies before the Registrar under Section 70 of the Chit Funds Act 1982.
3.When there is an efficacious alternative statutory appeal remedy available to the petitioner herein, this writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. However, the 2/4
petitioner is at liberty to approach the Registrar for filing an Appeal under Section 70 of the said act.
