ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the F.I.R. in Crime No.23 of 2015 on the file of Sub Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Theni District and to quash the same.

2. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged offence has not been made out, this Court cannot go into the factual issues that the question as to whether the petitioner is involved or not is a matter for investigation. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
