O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Tirunelveli City, the second respondent herein to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.04.2015 as an F.I.R. within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint has not been received by the second respondent.

3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 21.07.2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the second respondent is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
