O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the fourth respondent and prevent the illegal activity and renovate the sub channel in 12th channel of Kodaganaru Dam, Alagapuri, Vedasandur, Dindigul District situated in survey number 275 and 276 on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 10.12.2025.

2.With the consent of the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is hereby dispensed with.

4.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent several representations to the official respondents with regard to the aforesaid grievance and the last of such representations being on 10.12.2025. Since the representations remain unconsidered, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

5.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the representations of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3/6

6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
