2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 9422 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11450 of 2017, dated 20.10.2017 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
