Side) on behalf of the Respondent, and of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for Intervenor, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 309 of 2018, dated 07.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 309 of 2018, dated 07.02.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
