Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in connection with impugned orders passed by the second respondent namely the Private Schools Fee Determination Committee, dated 03.06.2011, 27.05.2011, in respect of the petitioner school and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to collect the fees from the students studying in the petitioner school commensurate with the facilities provided by the petitioner school and in accordance with the fee structure proposed by the petitioner school with the periodical hikes corresponding with the hike in expenditure.
