ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2022 and to file the final report within the stipulated time.
2.When the matter came up for hearing, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the investigation is almost completed, ten witnesses have been examined sofar and some more witnesses have to be examined. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the 2/4
