This petition has been filed to direct the learned Family Court, Kanniyakumari, at Nagercoil to dispose of the petition in G.W.O.P.No. 153 of 2018, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 1/3
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the evidence were already closed and posted for arguments, it is kept pending. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is now posted for arguments on the side of the respondent. 3.Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, to dispose the process of enquiry in G.W.O.P.No.153 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
