Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 225 of 2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17125 of 2017, dated 29.01.2018.

condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 225 of 2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17125 of 2017, dated 29.01.2018 is hereby fully relaxed.
