ORDER

This revision has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.22 of 2014, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruppathur, within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondent.

3. According to the petitioner, the respondent / plaintiff has filed a suit for permanent injunction and the petitioner has filed a written statement on 02.06.2014 and thereafter, the matter has been adjourned continuously without any progress. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of the suit.

4. Since the suit is pending from 2014, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif, Thiruppathur to dispose of the the suit in O.S.No.22 of 2014, pending on his file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
