ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the respondent to issue the work completion certificate and also to disburse the balance of Rs. 69,21,500/- (Rupees Sixty Nine Lakhs Twenty One Thousand Five Hundred 1/4

only) with 12 percent interest per annum till the settlement of entire amount due to the petitioner, related to Improvement of weekly shandy work done in Alangudi Town Panchayat at once.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Considering the limited scope of relief sought for, this Court hereby direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.12.2024 and also disburse the balance amount as sought for in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
