This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.11.2022 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.656 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Karur. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.656 of 2021 has already been dismissed for default by the trial Court, vide judgment dated 06.10.2025 and thus, the prayer sought for in this petition has now become infructuous.
