condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 1559 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 17320 of 2017, dated 07.03.2018, is hereby fully relaxed.
