ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 120(b), 417, 420, 464, 465, 447, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, in C.C.No. 1209 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul in Crime No.21 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not aware of the case and therefore, he did not appear before the trial Court. However, the trial Court has issued a non-bailable warrant against the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that it is a case of jumped out bail and already Non Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner by the trial Court. However, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and submit an application to recall the non-bailable warrant. On such filing, the the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, shall consider the said application on merits and in accordance with the law, on the same day itself.

5.With the above said directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
