ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul District to dispose of the case in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.817 of 2023 pending on his file, 1/4
within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. 2.This Court, vide order dated 03.02.2026, had directed the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul District, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul District, had sent a report vide proceedings D.No.134/2026, dated 17.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2023 to 2026, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 1181 and the pendency of the cases for the year 2023 is 252.
3.Since the present case is of the year 2023, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul District, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.817 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
