Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the entire records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.833/2019/Thi3(2) dt.21.8.2019 and to quash the same as illegal.

[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.] When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, submitted that the respondent has complied with the orders of this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.18506 of 2019, dated 27.09.2019, by issuing a notice to the contempt petitioner and granting planning permission to the writ petitioner on 27.01.2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD) No.85 of 2020 and he has also produced a copy of the planning permission and approved plan to that effect. The same are also taken on record.

2. It is also pertinent to note that the contempt petitioner has submitted his objections before the Authority concerned, which according to the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, were considered and thereafter, planning permission was granted to the writ petitioner.

3. In view of the above, we do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending and accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
