ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 4 herein to provide necessary drainage facility to Periyanayagipuram Village.

2. The petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent herein on 27.09.2013. The said representation has also been 2/4

acknowledged by the second respondent. The second respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders after giving opportunity to the fifth respondent herein. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
