ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass him and his family members under the guise of an enquiry.

Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions would submit that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was registered in C.No.303/ NRC/SDOv/2023 and after enquiry, the same was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
