RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Pass an order to relax the condition imposed in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 1857 of 2019 dated 05.02.2019 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the above circumstances of the case.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. P GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.1857 of 2019 on 05.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.1857 of 2019 on 05.02.2019 regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

of 2019 on 05.02.2019, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
