O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 not to compel the petitioner to execute the illegal instrumentation of the petitioner's property in favour of the petitioner's daughter-in-law and not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of the petition enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner and her husband, who are the in-laws of the fourth respondent as well as the fourth respondent had appeared for enquiry and that since divorce was granted, the property given for the petitioner's son was already given to the fourth respondent and since the whereabouts of the petitioner's son is not known, they 2/4

are not in a position to proceed further and as such, no further action is necessary. He would further submit that recording the submissions made by the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, the complaint was ordered to be closed and he has also produced the copy of the closure report.
