SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2015 of 2018, dated 21.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2015 of 2018, dated 21.02.2018 is hereby fully relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on all future hearing dates without fail.
