This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner without any basis under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that both parties have given a complaint against each other and in pursuant to the same, they have been called for enquiry only and there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

3. Considering the same, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the mean while, the petitioner will not be harassed.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
