The petitioner has only dispute with the second respondent for letting out of drainage water. In this connection, the petitioner moved this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

2. The petitioner has to necessarily get a relief only from the jurisdictional civil court. As and when the petitioner files such a suit before the jurisdictional civil court, the same will be numbered and taken up for disposal. It is open to the petitioner herein to seek any interim order also. If any such IA is filed by the petitioner, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law after notice to stakeholders concerned within a period of six weeks. 3. With this liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil court, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
