This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.74 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case against the petitioner/accused No.2 was ended in acquittal on 3.12.2014 and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
