2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court for each and every date of hearing.
