SOLAISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.265 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13697 of 2017, dated 12.01.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 14.11.2017 to till date. He further submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the charge sheet has been filed.
4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 14.11.2017, hence, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.
5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
